Hot-casting polyurethane can take any form starting from its liquid state, and can be bonded or attached to other materials or composites during the molding process.
This feature, together with other exceptional properties, such as resistance to abrasion and corrosion, weight distribution and the innate response to deformation, allow us to recreate any machinery or part of it, from scratch. Moreover, even when tested in extreme conditions, polyurethane shows a remarkable superiority to metals, plastic, wood or rubber.
The polyurethane processed with the hot-casting method gives new life to machines no longer in production that require custom-made spare parts starting from the inspection and design of such machinery.
